Google ad spend is not included. Recommended minimum ad spend is $1,000–$2,000/month and is paid directly to Google. This gives campaigns enough budget to collect data, test keywords, and optimize performance.

All services are subject to the following terms:

Limit of Liability: We are not liable for any loss of leads, revenue, or business resulting from issues beyond our control, including but not limited to platform outages, changes to Google’s policies or algorithms, account suspensions, tracking issues caused by third-party tools, or fluctuations in ad performance.

Ad Spend Not Included: Google ad spend is paid directly to Google and is not included in our setup or monthly management fees.

Results Not Guaranteed: We do not guarantee specific results, including impressions, clicks, conversions, lead volume, cost per lead, or return on ad spend. Performance may vary based on location, competition, budget, offer, landing page quality, and other external factors.

Setup Fees: One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Scope of Service: Monthly management includes only the services listed above. Additional campaigns, landing pages, creative assets, advanced reporting, or custom requests may require separate pricing.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely communication, access to required accounts, and approval of campaign materials when needed.

Access Requirements: We require appropriate access to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, website forms, call tracking, or related platforms when needed to deliver the service.
