What counts as a text or image change?
Swapping a photo, updating your hours, changing a price, adding a service to a list, fixing a typo. You get three of these a month. Bigger jobs — a new page or a redesign — we’ll quote separately.
How do I request a change?
Through the Website Updates Portal. Send the change, track it through to done. No chasing anyone by email.
What if I need more than three changes in a month?
Send them over anyway. We’ll tell you what falls inside the plan and quote anything larger before we start, so nothing gets billed by surprise.
What if my website wasn’t built by you?
That’s fine in most cases. We’ll review the site first, handle the migration, and let you know if anything needs to be fixed before we take it on.
