All services are subject to the following terms:

Limit of Liability: We are not liable for any loss of leads, revenue, or business resulting from issues beyond our control, including but not limited to platform outages, changes to Google’s policies or algorithms, account suspensions, delays in verification, or fluctuations in ad performance.

Ad Spend Not Included: Monthly ad spend is paid directly to Google and is not part of our management fees.

Lead Quality & Volume Not Guaranteed: We do not guarantee specific results, including the number or quality of leads. Performance may vary based on location, competition, and other external factors.

Google Approval Required: Local Services Ads are governed by Google’s verification and background check requirements. We are not responsible for delays, suspensions, or rejections.

Setup & Optimization Fees: One-time setup and optimization fees are non-refundable.

Scope of Service: Monthly management includes only the services listed in your selected plan. Additional requests may require custom pricing.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for maintaining active Google Business Profiles, providing accurate business information, and ensuring timely communication.

Access Requirements: We require administrative access to your LSA account and Google Business Profile to deliver services.
